Deskripsi Kerja

As a Customer Support Specialist at IQVIA, you will manage report generation, ensure contract fulfillment to specifications, follow IQVIA data verification protocols, and respond to routine client inquiries. You will review client requirements with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely reports, support client service meetings, and produce ad-hoc analyses when needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 2 years related experience (IQVIA or pharmaceutical experience preferred), proficiency in Excel and PC applications, effective written and oral communication, strong analytical problem-solving, and excellent customer service skills.
