Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team as a Guest Service Representative. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, handle reservations, answer phone and email inquiries, resolve guest concerns, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth stay. Ideal candidates have strong communication and customer-service skills, basic computer literacy (PMS/booking systems), a friendly attitude, and flexibility for shifts. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
