Deskripsi Kerja
We seek an Accounts Assistant to handle AR/AP, inventory costing, cash and bank entries, monthly bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, month-end support and ad-hoc admin. Key duties: follow up receivables, verify supplier invoices with POs/DOs, prepare payment vouchers, maintain aging and supplier statements, assist stock costing and variance checks, record daily cash/bank transactions, support expense accruals and reporting. Full-time, permanent. Salary RM3,200–4,00/month. Benefits: flexible schedule and free parking. Mandarin required. On-site position at our office. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, audit-ready and able to support the Accounts Executive/Accountant.
