Deskripsi Kerja
Fair Work (M) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a full-time Hostel Warden to oversee hostel administration, resident welfare, discipline, safety, and daily operations. Responsibilities include facility oversight, room allocations, coordinating housekeeping, security and catering, enforcing rules, resolving grievances, monitoring entry/exit, and emergency preparedness. Requires Certificate/Diploma (Administration, Social Work, or related), prior hostel or residential supervision experience, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, security knowledge, and solid organizational abilities. Personal attributes: approachable, empathetic, fair, responsible, resilient, and able to balance authority with mentorship. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: RM2,300–RM3,00/month. Work Location: In person.
