Deskripsi Kerja
We are hiring a Spa Receptionist to manage daily opening and closing, greet guests, handle calls and walk-ins, book and confirm appointments, arrange therapists’ schedules, process cash and sales with accurate records, promote packages and retail products, maintain reception and stock inventories, and handle customer concerns professionally. Coordinate with the Spa Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations and report incidents requiring attention. Job types: Full-time or Part-time. Pay: RM1,327.15–RM2,346.34/month. Expected hours: minimum 30/week. Required languages: English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese. Work location: in person at Siam Spa Group Worldwide Sdh Bhd.
