Deskripsi Kerja

We seek a Technician Training Coordinator to design and deliver technical training programs for field and shop technicians. Responsibilities include developing curricula, scheduling and conducting classes, managing a learning management system, assessing trainee competency, updating training materials, and ensuring safety and compliance. The ideal candidate has a technical background (electrical/mechanical/electronics), prior training or instructional experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with training tools and MS Office. Ability to travel occasionally and collaborate with operations and HR teams is required.
