Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a proactive Human Resource to manage full-cycle HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HR experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, maintaining personnel records, supporting training initiatives, and resolving employee inquiries. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. We offer a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
