Deskripsi Kerja
We are hiring a Production Operation Leader to oversee daily manufacturing operations, optimize production flow, ensure quality and safety, and lead a team of supervisors and operators. You’ll develop production schedules, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), manage resources, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to meet targets. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, and knowledge of safety and quality standards. Excellent communication and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are required.
