Deskripsi Kerja
Join The Makeover Guys as a Customer Service Representative supporting homeowners through interior renovations. You’ll manage client accounts, coordinate unit inspections and handovers, log owner queries, track defects and key collections, and oversee renovation timelines and documentation. Work closely with Corporate Projects and Client Relations on-site at Maya Ara. Ideal for fresh graduates fluent in English and Malay, with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace), strong organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and interest in real estate and client service. This role is a 6-month contract with possible renewal or conversion to permanent employment based on availability and performance.
