Deskripsi Kerja
Provide first-level IT support to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Handle helpdesk tickets, install and configure desktops, laptops, peripherals, and common applications; perform basic network troubleshooting and user account administration. Escalate complex problems to senior staff, maintain accurate documentation, and assist with IT asset inventory. Requirements: associate degree or technical certificate in IT, familiarity with Windows and macOS, strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and 0–2 years helpdesk experience. Flexible schedule and customer-service orientation required.
