Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking an Employee Assistance Manager to lead our EAP program, provide counseling referral, crisis intervention, and workplace well-being initiatives. You will develop policies, coordinate with clinicians, deliver training, monitor utilization, and report outcomes. The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or HR, with 5+ years in employee assistance or mental health program management. Strong communication, confidentiality, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills required. Experience with benefits integration and legal compliance is a plus.
