Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking an organized Assistant Facilities Manager to support daily operations, maintenance, vendor coordination, and safety compliance for our facility. You will assist with inspections, preventive maintenance scheduling, budget tracking, and supervising contractors and onsite staff. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of facilities or building maintenance experience, strong communication skills, basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and familiarity with work-order software. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and available for occasional after-hours response. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
