Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking an Assistant Guest Relations Manager to support front-office operations and enhance guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising the guest relations team, resolving guest concerns, coordinating arrivals/departures, monitoring service standards, and assisting with VIP services and special requests. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in guest relations or front office, strong communication in English, leadership skills, conflict resolution experience, and proficiency with reservation systems. Must be service-oriented, detail-focused, and available for flexible shifts. This role reports to the Guest Relations Manager and contributes to maintaining high hospitality standards and positive guest experiences.
