Deskripsi Kerja

As a Road Logistics Specialist you will plan and coordinate overland freight operations, optimize routes, select carriers, and monitor on-time delivery and cargo safety. You will manage shipping documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve transit disruptions, and communicate with drivers, warehouses, and customers. Analyze transport KPIs to reduce cost and improve service, maintain carrier relationships, and use TMS/GPS tools for real-time tracking. Required: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in road transport/logistics, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, familiarity with transport regulations, and proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
