We are seeking a proactive Loyalty Supervisor to lead our customer rewards program. You will manage a small team, design retention strategies, analyze member data and campaign performance, and collaborate with marketing and customer service to increase engagement and lifetime value. Responsibilities include setting KPIs, reporting insights, optimizing program benefits, and ensuring a seamless member experience. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in loyalty or CRM, strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and excellent communication. Familiarity with CRM tools and SQL is a plus.
