Deskripsi Kerja

Join Business Edge Personnel Services as a Part-Time Telesales Customer Retention Specialist in Glenmarie. On-site role calling existing customers to prevent cancellations by listening, addressing concerns, offering solutions or improved packages, and promoting benefits and loyalty rewards. No experience required; SPM or Diploma holders and students welcome. Must be confident, persuasive, friendly, and have strong phone communication skills. Part-time contract (6 months), in-person, minimum 20 hours/week. Pay RM1,200–RM1,700/month.
