Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor (4PL) to oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will lead and coach the service delivery team, coordinate with carriers and partners, manage KPI reporting, handle escalations, and drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency. Strong knowledge of 4PL models, logistics processes, and IT systems is required. Candidate should have 3+ years in logistics or supply chain, proven leadership, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety and compliance.
