Deskripsi Kerja

We are hiring a Manager, 4PL Service Delivery to lead end-to-end fourth-party logistics operations, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction. You will oversee service delivery teams, manage SLA performance, coordinate carriers and partners, drive process improvements, and implement KPIs and reporting. The role requires 7+ years in logistics or 3PL/4PL operations, strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and experience with TMS/WMS systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential. PMP or supply chain certification is a plus.
