Join our team as an Insurance Product Expert to design, manage, and optimize insurance products across life and property lines. You will conduct market research, develop product features and pricing, coordinate with underwriting and actuarial teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and create sales tools and training. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in insurance product development or management, strong analytical skills, experience with pricing and risk assessment, excellent communication, and a bachelor’s degree in finance, actuarial science, business, or related field. Proactive, detail-oriented professionals who can translate market needs into profitable product solutions are encouraged to apply.
