Deskripsi Kerja

As a Customs Clearance Shift Supervisor you will lead a shift team handling import/export customs procedures, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely cargo release. You will coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and internal departments, resolve clearance issues, mentor staff, and prepare shift reports. Candidates must have 3+ years in customs clearance, strong knowledge of customs regulations (HS codes, duties, permits), excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work rotating shifts, manage priorities under pressure, and proficiency with customs software and MS Office required. Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
