Deskripsi Kerja

Tanggungjawab:

• Memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang untuk semua pertanyaan telefon/e-mel.
• Menjaga standard ketepatan yang tinggi dalam tempahan kepada pelanggan.
• Berhubung dengan pelanggan mengenai permintaan tempahan mereka.
• Mengemas kini dan menyelenggara profil kapal/jadual pelayaran.

Syarat:

• Memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Diploma atau Ijazah.
• Fasih berbahasa Mandarin adalah kelebihan.
• Peribadi yang menyenangkan dan kemahiran komunikasi yang baik.

Gaji: RM2,400.00 – RM3,500.00 sebulan
