Deskripsi Kerja

Location: Amber Cove

ECS Facility Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Account & Admin Executive. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing accounts payable and monthly closings.
  • Conducting bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
  • Compiling financial reports for site accounts.
  • Implementing credit control measures for invoices.
  • Processing expense payments.
  • Managing accounts payable tasks.
  • Keeping maintenance records from service providers.
  • Addressing resident complaints.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,00.00 per month

Work Location: In person
