Deskripsi Kerja
Main Duties:
- Handle accounts payable for separate entities.
- Manage monthly staff claims and calculate commissions.
- Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as maintaining creditor accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and invoices.
- Process due invoices for various payment types.
- Liaise with procurement team, vendors, and staff to resolve issues.
- Check and process the Accounts Payable inbox.
- Conduct payment proposal reconciliation and fund analysis.
- Support internal teams with intercompany billing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
