Company Background: VINSOON GROUP is a dynamic player in the F&B industry, seeking an Account Executive to support our growth. We welcome applications from interested candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
- Monitor overdue invoices and help reduce backlogs.
- Review vendor reconciliations and address overdue items.
- Achieve KPIs related to accounts payable.
- Develop actionable plans to meet KPIs.
Requirements:
- Professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/MIA) or a Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in finance.
- Fluency in Mandarin; strong communication skills required.
- Valid driving license and own transport essential.
- This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur HQ.
