Deskripsi Kerja
Responsibilities:
- Update accounts receivable and payable; perform reconciliations.
- Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and reports to clients.
- Update company expenses, including utility bills.
- Ensure timely updating of financial records using accounting software.
- Manage documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist senior officers/managers with financial operations and closing activities.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma & above; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
- Punctual and committed to work.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM1,900.00 per month
