Deskripsi Kerja

Company Overview

Our client is an established total logistics solution service provider. It offers professional logistical solution designed to meet the various needs of importers and exporters.

Responsibilities:

· Under training under the industry for preparation of payments

· Key in data into ERP systems & SQL Accounting

· Update data into Google Drive file

· Filling and Organisation of Documents

· Assisting in the closing of Account Payable/Account Receivable

· Assisting in the Monthly/Yearly Account Closing, including bank reconciliation, fixed assets schedules, etc

· Assisting in Accounts and Tax Audits

· Other ad-hoc task given by the Finance Manager

Requirements:

· Candidates must have at least Certificate in Bookkeeping/Accounting/LCCI or any related business degree or industrial training/working experience

· Willing to learn and have initiative to gain knowledge

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Able to work in team

· Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)

· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

· Willing to work at Taman Bayu Perdana, Klang
