Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM level, LCCI, with at least 1-2 years of experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and accounting software (Autocount)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating daily sales invoices
- Manage accounts receivable, including collections and invoicing
- Process and reconcile accounts payable invoices
- Update stock adjustments
- Manage petty cash and staff expense reimbursements
- Maintain expense transactions in the database
- File and match documents
- Communicate with clients and vendors
- Perform office administration tasks
- Assist with important export documentation processing
