Deskripsi Kerja
Trove Johor Bahru is seeking a detailed-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. In this role, you will process payments and documents, calculate rates for purchases, and verify billed items against orders. Your responsibilities will also include posting financial data, reviewing transactions for accuracy, and disbursing funds accordingly.
As the Accounts Assistant, you will maintain electronic spreadsheets, prepare financial reports, and assist in closing procedures. Strong communication skills in English are essential, while knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa is preferred. This is a permanent position with a fixed Monday to Friday schedule, working on-site.
