AJ Speech & Occupational Therapy Care Centre is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Accounts Clerk. We are looking for a meticulous individual with accounting skills to assist in the financial management of our company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Process daily financial transactions, including payments and receipts.
• Handle checks and cash, ensuring accurate transaction recording.
• Provide invoices, receipts, and maintain organized account records.
• Update cash books for smooth cash flow.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure accurate and consistent records.

Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Proficient in accounting software.
