Deskripsi Kerja
Position: Accounts Clerk
Location: Bayu Tinggi, Klang
Salary: RM 200
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update project billing in the system.
- Generate and deliver invoices, credit notes, and debit notes to customers.
- Prepare statements of accounts for customers.
- Liaise with customers to resolve any queries or irregularities.
- Ensure timely collections by regularly contacting customers.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices and billing sheets.
- Assist in month-end account closings.
Requirements:
- Graduate Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM 2,00.00 per month
