Deskripsi Kerja
Join Nihon Pigment Sdn Bhd as an Accounts Executive! You will be responsible for data entry of creditor invoices, reviewing and verifying invoices, preparing monthly accounts payable payments, processing staff claims, performing bank reconciliations, and participating in yearly audits. Maintain accurate vendor data and resolve any vendor invoice issues promptly.
The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software is required; SAP knowledge is a plus. Strong analytical skills and fluency in Mandarin and English are essential.
