We are seeking an organized Accounts Payable Associate to manage vendor invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate records. This role supports month-end close and resolves vendor inquiries.

Responsibilities include invoice verification, data entry into accounting systems, payment scheduling, reconciliations, and collaborating with purchasing and finance teams to ensure timely disbursements.

Qualifications: 1–3 years in accounts payable or accounting, proficiency with Excel and accounting software, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
