We are seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan NS Shue Sdn Bhd, located in Section 27, Shah Alam. The salary ranges from RM 1,800 to RM 2,500 per month.
Responsibilities:
– Perform sales administrative activities
– Prepare sales quotations and invoices
– Handle export documents
– Respond to queries efficiently
– Liaise with departments
– Coordinate order status
– Prepare reports as needed.
Requirements:
– Minimum SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
– At least 2 years of experience
– Excellent communication skills in English.
