Job Descriptions:
- Manage administrative tasks assigned by superiors.
- Update inventory for stationery and uniforms.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance records.
- Handle insurance purchases and renewals.
- Assist with payroll processes.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Sat 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Alternate)
