Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, maintaining a tidy reception area, handling mail, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics for staff.
Requirements for this position include a diploma in any field, excellent communication skills, proficiency in basic office software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), and a strong attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time, with a monthly salary between RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, dental insurance, a flexible schedule, free parking, maternity leave, and opportunities for promotion.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift. Expected Start Date: 04/07/2025.
