Deskripsi Kerja
Teras Guard Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to manage documentation for foreign workers in compliance with immigration regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Compiling and submitting required documentation for foreign workers
- Coordinating with agents in Nepal during the recruitment process
- Preparing yearly KDN license renewals and updating the ESIMS system
- Managing insurance agent communications and FOMEMA arrangements
- Maintaining updated records in our system and filing meeting minutes
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month. The working schedule is during the day shift.
