Deskripsi Kerja
United Power Machinery Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices, maintaining documentation, and supporting our sales team with quotations and order tracking. You will also liaise with customers regarding orders and payments and perform clerical duties like data entry and filing.
Qualifications: Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, 1 year of administrative experience, and basic knowledge of invoicing systems and MS Office.
This full-time position offers a salary of RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month with benefits under the Employment Act 1955.
