We are seeking a dedicated Admin Clerk to join our team at AGENSI PEKERJAAN NS SHUE SDN BHD, located in Bukit Rajah, Klang. The salary ranges from RM 1,800 to RM 2,500 per month.
Responsibilities include transcribing and filing documents, maintaining databases and inventories, operating office equipment, and coordinating activities among staff. Additionally, you will manage communications with clients, sort mail, prepare meeting rooms, and handle travel arrangements as needed.
Applicants should have an SPM certification with relevant experience, strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, and excellent time management and organizational abilities.
