Deskripsi Kerja
General Administrative Duties
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, and document control
- Maintaining office records and databases
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Managing office supplies
- Ensuring a clean office environment
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1–2 years preferred; fresh graduates welcome
- Languages: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
- Skills: Basic computer literacy, good communication skills
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,300.00/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
