Job Description:
As an Admin Clerk at Icon Trans Sdn Bhd, your responsibilities include monitoring foreign workers’ permit renewals, coordinating with the operation team on onboarding and offboarding, and preparing daily and monthly attendance reports. You will also manage calendars, handle customer inquiries, maintain relationships with external partners, and provide administrative support for special projects.
Job Requirement:
Education: SPM or Diploma. Preferred experience in HR tasks. Must be proficient in Excel, adaptable under pressure, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Location: Bayan Lepas (In person)
