Our client, a local IT company, is seeking a dedicated Admin Executive to oversee daily administrative tasks along with basic HR responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administration.
- Document preparation and filing.
- Liaise with relevant parties.
- Prepare quotations as needed.
- Perform general office tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma.
- Computer-savvy retirees encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel.
- Good command of English; Mandarin is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,758.83 – RM2,500.00/month
