Responsibilities:
– Handle daily operations and administrative tasks.
– Manage and monitor office operations.
– Issue invoices and follow up on payments.
– Collect job cards and handle overtime claims.
– Prepare quotations and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
– Minimum SPM qualification.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
– Fluent in English and Malay, both written and verbal.
– Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh Graduates Welcome
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
