My US Pizza Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to enhance our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will manage office tasks, support various departments, and ensure smooth daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations for efficient workflow.
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and travel.
- Assist HR with recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle clerical tasks and maintain filing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office; Hindi and English preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM4,875.54 per month
