Deskripsi Kerja
SNS Network is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team. In this role, you will perform inspections, prepare reports, and manage warranty claims for Apple products to ensure quality work while meeting all Service Level Agreements.
Your daily tasks include managing administrative duties, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining performance metrics. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, contributing to customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Applicants must be willing to work half days on Saturdays and commit to a five-day workweek at 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
