Deskripsi Kerja

We are looking for an Admin Executive to be located in Glenmarie, Shah Alam at VR Excellent (M) Sdn Bhd.

Job Descriptions:

  • Arrange personnel for signatories on relevant documents.
  • Assist the accounting department with forms.
  • Handle office administration matters.
  • Coordinate dispatch works and workflows.
  • Assist account executives in preparing for meetings.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of admin experience.
  • Willing to work at Plaza Glomac, Glenmarie.

Benefits: 5-day work week, free parking, dental, bonuses, insurance, hospitalization coverage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month

Keperluan

  • Minimum Age of 18 Years
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Physically and Mentally Healthy
  • Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
  • Minimum Education of High School Diploma
  • Able to Work in a Team
  • Good Communication Skills
  • No Criminal Record
  • Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
