Job Description:
- Responding to emails and following up with customers or team members on relevant matters.
- Addressing any problematic cases.
- Ensuring quality assurance.
- Preparing daily and weekly reports.
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Experienced with MS Word, Excel, and relevant applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for business communication.
- At least SPM holders; experienced candidates and fresh graduates are welcome.
This is a 6-month contract position based at MyEG HQ, Damansara Perdana, with the possibility of renewal.
