Deskripsi Kerja

Job Description:

  • Responding to emails and following up with customers or team members on relevant matters.
  • Addressing any problematic cases.
  • Ensuring quality assurance.
  • Preparing daily and weekly reports.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in computer literacy.
  • Experienced with MS Word, Excel, and relevant applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for business communication.
  • At least SPM holders; experienced candidates and fresh graduates are welcome.

This is a 6-month contract position based at MyEG HQ, Damansara Perdana, with the possibility of renewal.
