Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, managing quotations and invoicing, coordinating office activities to ensure compliance with company policies, and maintaining inventory levels. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments for upper management, responding to emails and phone calls, and supporting customer service when necessary.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary of RM2,100. Benefits include a company car, maternity leave, provided meals, and opportunities for promotion.
Applicants must hold a valid car driving license. Preferred location is in Petaling Jaya.
