Gamalux Oils Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant / Document Controller for our Procurement Department. This role involves maintaining and organizing procurement documents, ensuring proper labeling and archiving, and providing essential administrative support.
Key responsibilities include handling document submissions, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Candidates should have a diploma in Business Administration or related field, with 1-2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
