Deskripsi Kerja
Listen Security Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations-related documentation, inputting data accurately into internal databases, and handling correspondence via emails and phone calls. You will also assist in scheduling meetings, monitoring processes, and performing various administrative duties including filing, copying, and scanning. Confidentiality in handling sensitive information is paramount.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM1,700.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, parental leave, professional development
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay, yearly bonus
