Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a versatile assistant to help with daily administrative affairs, staff management, official correspondence, and comprehensive company file updates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage staff files, official letters, internal memos, and HR forms.
• Handle onboarding processes and documentation for new employees.
• Prepare payroll, leave records, and monthly attendance records.
• Organize appointments, meeting schedules, and official office matters.
• Act as a receptionist and liaison with external parties.
• Assist other departments as needed (multi-tasking admin support).
